The findings, published this week in the journal Psychological Medicine, effectively serve as confirmation of what we know but, anyone wondering just how much exercise we might ‘need’ to do to keep the grey cells ticking over enough might want to try at least 150 minutes per week...
Meanwhile, a separate team of researchers has also given us food for thought in terms of which kind of mobile gambling to which we may or may not be best suited when it comes to brain power. Based on people’s Facebook ‘likes’ – the boffins claim that those who enjoy curly fries, thunderstorms and Morgan Freeman’s voice, for example, tend to be highly intelligent, whereas Harley Davidson enthusiasts, on the other hand, may well have intellectual abilities on the lower end of the scale...
